5-Diamond Certification
In order for ADS to achieve the lofty 5-Diamond Central Station certification, every central station employee has studied and passed a series of training modules created specifically for the alarm industry. This training contains the most recent
advances in technology, helping to ensure ADS stays on the cutting edge of all advancements.
Level II Certification
ADS is THE FIRST central station in the world to achieve Level II
training for their entire staff. Every employee who has logged at least 6 months service has passed an additional series of tests, and therefore they have been promoted to Level II Operators.

Continuing Education
