Water Sensor Alerts
Through the use of water sensors strategically placed in key areas of your home, ADS’ monitoring station is alerted if a sensor detects a water leak, and we’ll notify you.

Sump Pump Alerts
For many homeowners, the first line of defense against water damage in their basements is a sump pump. If your water level rises beyond a pre-determined height, your ADS sump pump monitor can alert you with warning beeps and signal our Central Monitoring station. If you should be away from home, you, or a keyholder, will be called and notified.
