ADS Honored with FOUR Awards

Alarm Detection Systems recently was the recipient of four pieces of hardware from the national First Alert Professional conference held in Orlando, Florida.

ADS took home the prestigious Circle of Excellence, which is only awarded to a very small number of companies.

“ADS is very proud to be recognized, along with our peers, for this highest honor,” Vice President of Sales and Marketing Ed Bonifas said. “We have a great level of commitment from our employees to do the best, the first time, and it comes through.”

Alarm Detection Systems also brought home the first-ever First Alert/Honeywell award for Customer Service Excellence.

“We have built our company on the principal of great customer service. When anyone calls the main ADS number, a person WILL answer the telephone, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year” Bonifas said. "Customer service is the backbone of the company's way of doing business."

ADS also received the Excellence in Marketing award for the second year running. The award recognizes a security company that is implementing and finding success with innovative marketing ideas. Also included in the criteria was the overall marketing approach and vision for the company.

Alarm Detection Systems also received the Technical Serivce award. ADS has developed industry-high standards that all technicians are expected to achieve.

"Receiving four awards for the company is quite a testiment to the way we do business," Cheryl Perez, Director of Marketing, said. "We have worked long and hard to make sure that we are the the best at what we do. It's great to see that others in the industry have noticed too."
