2020 TMA Manager of the Year
Alarm Detection Systems was recognized at an award ceremony hosted by The Monitoring Association (TMA) and sponsored by SDM Magazine. Jacqueline Brogan received the coveted Manager of the Year award. It was a proud moment for Jacqueline and everyone else at our family-owned company. Rebecca Nadasky, ADS Central Station Operator, was also one of two finalists for this year’s Operator of the Year Award.
TMA is a trade association representing installers, servicers, and monitoring companies within the security industry. The shared vision of the TMA and its members is to build a safer world through professional monitoring.
The TMA Monitoring Center Excellence Awards go out to FM approved, Intertek/ETL, or UL-listed monitoring centers. They also cite outstanding personnel who perform in the highest professional manner, making a significant contribution to the alarm industry. In winning this honor, Jacqueline has demonstrated exceptional service to both ADS customers and the community.

Lowest False Alarm Occurrence Rates In the Industry
2018 Police Dispatch Quality (PDQ) Award
This occasion marks the second time Alarm Detection Systems won an award for false alarm reduction. False alarm visits from the police or fire department can mean hefty fines. These events also take responders away from emergencies.
Mellissa Hodgetts and Edward Lubic are the heart of the false alarm reduction group. Together, they have over 35 years of combined experience. They monitor all accounts for early signs of trouble, working with our monitoring center and service department to eliminate false alarms. ADS has one of the lowest false alarm occurrence rates in the industry.
