Aurora, IL – September 1, 2015 – Alarm Detection Systems, Inc., announced today that it has acquired Safe Systems, Inc., a privately-owned residential and commercial security business located in Louisville, Colorado. This transaction combines two of the top SDM 100 companies; Alarm Detection is ranked at #24 and Safe Systems at #59. Safe Systems is Alarm Detection’s largest acquisition to date.
This merger allows Alarm Detection to expand its footprint beyond the Midwest area and into the Western United States. Since both companies share best-in-class service reputations, the transition for existing accounts will be seamless.

Alarm Detection Systems will maintain Safe System’s existing corporate headquarters and the central station in Louisville, Colorado, as well as its satellite office in Colorado Springs, Colorado to support sales and growth throughout the region.
